Botox & Dermal Filler
Medical Aesthetic Treatments Offered at Skin Revival
Skin Revival offers cosmetic injectable treatments using botulinum toxin (commonly known as Botox) and dermal fillers as part of a medically guided aesthetic practice. All injectable treatments are provided only after a consultation to determine suitability, safety, and appropriateness for each individual.
These services are available for both aesthetic and therapeutic indications, where clinically appropriate.
Botulinum Toxin (Botox)
Botulinum toxin is a prescription medication that works by temporarily relaxing targeted muscles. In aesthetic applications, it is commonly used to soften the appearance of dynamic facial lines caused by repeated muscle movement.
Botulinum toxin may also be used for therapeutic purposes, depending on individual assessment and medical indication.
Common Cosmetic Areas (Assessment Required)
-
Forehead lines
-
Frown lines (glabellar area)
-
Crow’s feet
-
Brow positioning (when appropriate)
Therapeutic Uses Offered at Skin Revival
In select cases and following proper medical assessment, botulinum toxin may also be used to support:
-
Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)
-
Jaw tension / clenching related to TMJ symptoms
Therapeutic treatments are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may require additional medical history and documentation.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are injectable medical devices designed to restore volume, support facial contours, or improve structural balance. They are most commonly composed of substances that occur naturally in the body.
Dermal filler treatments are highly individualized and require careful assessment of facial anatomy, skin quality, and aesthetic goals.
Areas Commonly Assessed for Filler
-
Cheeks
-
Jawline
-
Chin
-
Nasolabial folds
-
Perioral support (around the mouth)
Not all clients are candidates for filler, and treatment is never performed without a thorough consultation.
