What is SculpSure?
SculpSure® uses controlled laser energy to heat and destroy targeted fat cells beneath the skin. Once treated, these fat cells are naturally eliminated by the body over time.
The skin surface remains protected, and surrounding tissue is unaffected — allowing for effective fat reduction without incisions, needles, or recovery time.
Who is the best candidate for SculpSure?

Is Sculpsure Weight loss?
No.
SculpSure is not a weight loss solution.
It is designed for individuals who are close to their goal weight but struggle with localized fat pockets that do not respond to diet or exercise alone. Think contouring and refining, not overall weight reduction.
What is the major differences from other technologies that use freezing such as CoolSculpting?
SculpSure and CoolSculpting are the only two technologies approved in Canada for the permanent reduction of fat. All other devices such as Venus freeze, Radiofrequency, Zerona, Vanquish and Emsculpt all provide only temporary reduction of fat. The actual principal of fat destruction with SculpSure vs. CoolSculpting is the same. Both SculpSure and CoolSculpting are creating thermal damage to the fat cells at a temperature in which they can no longer survive. With CoolSculpting the machine is “cooling or freezing” the fat cells, whereas with SculpSure we are heating them up.
The major difference between SculpSure and CoolSculpting is that heat spreads. Therefore with SculpSure, we are able to provide a soft-contoured edge as well as cover a larger surface area. The applicators with SculpSure are more customizable than the pre-set applicator sizes with CoolSculpting.

The Results
SculpSure reduces fat cells and provides visible results. It is important post procedure to continue living a healthy lifestyle as this procedure is unable to inhibit your body from fat cells returning. SculpSure is typically recommended for patients that have achieved a healthy weight but have isolated areas of fat that have not responded to diet and exercise.
