Medical Consultation Fee

Thank you for trusting Skin Revival Clinic with all your skincare needs. Please be advised that this fee of $50.00 is taken at time of booking to secure your consultation time. Any cancellations or changes to your appointment with less than 24 hours notice may result in a loss of this fee. Once you have completed the consultation, your Skin Revival account will be credited the $50.00 to use towards the recommended treatment.
